The Court held that First Media must be liable for half of Astro's costs at first instance because the extension application required consideration of the merits and Astro's resistance was not unreasonable; however Astro must pay First Media's costs of the appeals (CFA and CA) and both appeals are certified fit for three counsel. The order nisi was varied to reflect these allocations and to grant liberty to apply to a CFI judge on residual matters.
