Reading s.15(1)(d) together with s.15(2) of the District Court Ordinance and having regard to the Legal Practitioners Ordinance and settled District Court practice, the Court will not permit a person who is not locally qualified to appear professionally for solicitors who are not parties; no exceptional circumstances existed and a prior ruling was binding; therefore the ex parte application must be refused.
