The court exercised its statutory discretion under sections 111(2) and 122(1B) of the Companies Ordinance to grant relief because the failure to hold an AGM and to lay accounts within nine months was inadvertent and caused no apparent prejudice to members or creditors, and therefore ordered that the required meetings be called on a specified date and extended the period for laying the accounts for the years ended 31 December 2007 and 31 December 2008.
