Appeals allowed: although the court cannot amalgamate separate titles into a single property, once the court determines that each of several properties should be sold it may direct that all be sold together as if a single property where doing so is in the legitimate interests of all co-owners and workable in practice; on the facts the Court of Appeal ordered all four lots sold together with specified auction mechanics and distribution of proceeds according to undivided shares.
