The Magistrate's contemporaneous credibility findings and identification assessment were coherent, supported by medical and witness evidence, appropriately considered Turnbull factors, and were not shown to be plainly wrong; accordingly the conviction for wounding in joint enterprise was safe and the appeal against conviction must be dismissed.
