Leave to appeal refused because the Husband failed to show a real prospect of success or other reason in the interests of justice; the trial judge did not misapply legal principles in awarding interim maintenance (HK$86,000/month) and legal costs funding (including historic costs) given the Wife's medical needs, the complexity and ongoing nature of proceedings, the realistic risk of solicitors ceasing to act, and the unreasonableness of requiring the Wife to charge her only home.
