Because the Listing Committee had determined to cancel the Company’s listing and the Company proposed to seek a review, the court must, as a normal practice, adjourn the petition for sanction of the Scheme pending the Listing Review Committee to avoid wasting judicial resources if the listing is cancelled and to avoid influencing the regulator; however the court will grant the ex parte relief to amend the appointment order and will sanction the Debt Settlement Agreement as sought.
