The Applicant failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that the Deceased's spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage was caused or substantially contributed to by workplace temperature changes or the physical exertion of lifting trays; the experts agreed SICH was most likely due to pre-existing hypertension and the medical literature did not provide reasonably convincing support that the alleged workplace factors were triggers; therefore the injury did not arise out of the Deceased's employment and the claim is dismissed.
