Finger-pressing treatment as performed on the police officer is within the ordinary meaning of 'massage' or falls within 'other similar treatment' in s.2 of the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance (Cap.114), and an acupuncturist is not within the statutory exceptions (not a duly registered medical practitioner); therefore such treatment carried out on premises requires a licence under s.4 Cap.114.
