s4(1)(a) is to be given a broad construction so that 'any payments' received by a person in connection with drug trafficking carried on by him or another constitute his proceeds of drug trafficking; s25(1) requires a conscious act of being concerned in an arrangement but only requires proof that the defendant knew or had reasonable grounds to believe the relevant person was involved in drug trafficking; the indictment was not duplicitous; on the evidence the jury were entitled to convict and the convictions and 12-year sentences are upheld.
