Appeal dismissed and Master affirmed because the Interveners' applications fail at stage one due to almost four years of unexplained delay and lack of prior warning causing real prejudice to Mr Ng; alternatively, at stage two, there was insufficient basis for a non-party costs order because the evidence only showed funding/control/possible indirect benefit to Mr Ng as shareholder and no impropriety or bad faith and the litigation was properly for the company's benefit; therefore joinder and personal costs liability were not justified.
