The caveat, the subsequent acknowledgement and the bail bond were properly construed as limited to the beneficial owners of the named vessels and did not extend to demise charterers; accordingly there was no admiralty in rem jurisdiction established against the owners for liabilities of the demise charterer and the plaintiffs' summons and claims against the owners must be dismissed, bail returned and costs awarded to the owners.
