The caveat, the subsequent acknowledgement and the bail bond were construed in context and given the same restricted meaning of "owners" — limited to beneficial owners of the vessels and not extending to demise charterers; accordingly there was no admiralty in rem jurisdiction against the owners for liabilities that belonged to the demise charterer and the plaintiffs' summons failed.
