The Deportation Order was valid; the Director has demonstrated lawful authority to detain the applicant under s.32 pending deportation, has acted with reasonable diligence to effect removal, the detention period to date (112 days) is reasonable given imminent repatriation and the applicant's lack of cooperation which would otherwise prolong removal, and there is a real risk of absconding/re-offending; accordingly the detention remains lawful and the habeas corpus application is dismissed.
