The plaintiffs, as directors, are entitled to inspect the companys existing accounting records under ss 373 and 374 of the Companies Ordinance and common law; absence of audited accounts or allegations of collateral purpose did not justify refusal where documents do not exist or allegations were unsupported; accordingly inspection ordered and costs awarded on an indemnity basis to plaintiffs.
