The court was satisfied there was cogent and compelling evidence of fraud, the limited disclosure sought was likely to produce substantial benefit for tracing and preserving assets, and the scope of documents requested was not unduly wide; accordingly a Norwich Pharmacal order was granted directing the bank to disclose specified identity and account records, together with a time‑limited gagging order (70 days or until further order), an anonymity order and restriction on court file searches; no order as to costs was made.
