On the established factual pattern where the Husband habitually deposited his salary to the Wife who managed family living expenses, those deposits were more likely than not for the Wife's maintenance; fairness and reasonableness required continuation of that established pattern absent cogent evidence of a material change in Husband's ability to pay; accordingly Husband must pay HK$60,000 per month (HK$70,000 less HK$10,000 retained by Husband for personal spending) from 15 December 2015 and AE card reinstatement cannot be ordered under maintenance pending suit provisions.
