On the evidence and credible identification (social security card numbers, notarial acknowledgements and consistent addresses), the judge found the various signatures were made by the same William Yee Lee; therefore the defendant satisfactorily answered the requisition, was entitled to forfeit the $400,000 deposit and to terminate the agreement, and the plaintiff's originating summons must be dismissed; minor excess over 10% was de minimis and did not prevent forfeiture; issues of damages for wrongful registration and breach were adjourned for argument.
