Where knives and machetes were stored in and associated with a flat used to package, distribute and consume heroin and were under the control of the occupier running the drug operation, they constituted offensive weapons used in connection with or possessed as a result of drug trafficking and therefore could be forfeited under CPO s102 and DDO s56; accordingly forfeiture of items 24–37 was ordered.
