Section 63B of the District Court Ordinance excludes appeals to the Court of Final Appeal from decisions of the Court of Appeal refusing leave to appeal from a District Judge, and the provision is constitutionally valid as a proportionate finality measure; therefore the applicant's request for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal is dismissed.
