The magistrate was entitled to accept and aggregate the police evidence, including speed estimates corroborated by video and multiple observation posts, and to treat the appellants' driving over the five‑minute circuit as a continuous course amounting to reckless driving; challenges to speed estimates, causation of braking and the non‑per‑se nature of running red lights did not undermine the conviction, therefore the appeals were dismissed.
