The court held that the applicants' challenges were essentially disputes over factual findings and credibility which do not constitute arguable questions of law under s.32(1); accordingly leave to appeal on those grounds is refused. A limited leave was granted on a discrete legal/jurisdictional issue arising from an apparent clerical error in the award ordering three months' pay for Ho Yiu Kwong contrary to the statutory two‑month limit under s.43C. Costs of the leave application were reserved.
