Because the trial judge had adjudicated removal of the executor and ordered appointment of an independent administrator and there was no stay of execution pending appeal, the court must allow consequential administration to proceed to protect estate assets; accordingly an IA (Frank Yuen) was appointed with directions for disclosure and preservation of estate property, while contentious questions as to vesting of specific company shares were reserved for further consideration and the appeal court if necessary.
