Section 10(1)'s reference to "an order affecting any land" and to "the land" refers only to lands expressly particularised in the deposited Approved Scheme (the statutory easement); therefore only owners of those scheduled lands are entitled to compensation under Section 10(1); owners of adjacent land wholly outside the statutory easement have no statutory right to compensation under Section 10(1).
