Section 41F(3) is unambiguous and, when applied, entitles every employee who is employed at the commencement of an employer-ordered closure and not otherwise entitled to annual leave pay to be allowed and paid seven days annual leave; pro-rata payments for employees with less than 12 months' service are not required under that subsection.
