The unlimited post-termination restraint in clause 6 as to soliciting or dealing with the plaintiff's customers is void for being too wide and unreasonable; the court will not rewrite the contract to impose a limited temporal restriction (eg 12 months); accordingly the plaintiff cannot obtain an injunction beyond the defendants' existing five-month undertaking given to Deputy Judge Gill, and paragraph 3 of the summons is dismissed.
