The court was satisfied on the evidence that the plan annexed to the 28 August 2012 assignment contained an error as to the area conveyed; no other interested parties were shown; accordingly s25A of the High Court Ordinance entitled the court to order a nominated person (the Registrar of the High Court) to execute a confirmatory assignment to rectify the error, and the orders sought were made including costs of HK$1,500.
