The Son failed to discharge the burden of proof on the balance of probabilities that he paid or materially contributed to the purchase price or that there was a common intention (ancestral home) or binding 2010 family arrangement conferring beneficial ownership; his monetary contributions were limited and legally insufficient to establish a constructive trust, resulting trust or proprietary estoppel.
