Leave to appeal against conviction and sentence is refused because the trial judge's summing-up and answers to jury questions were comprehensive and proper, typographical errors in the Master List were immaterial and corrected by the Government Chemist Certificate and not before the jury, and the sentence conformed to established guidelines with an appropriate enhancement for the international element.
