The court removed Mr Krause because he retained and failed to remit funds contrary to s202, authorised unlawful payments of fees without court approval in breach of statutory requirements and rule 179, failed to file accounts and reports, delayed the liquidation for years and persistently failed to respond to Official Receiver's enquiries; these cumulative failures justified removal and the consequential orders including disallowance of remuneration, payment of retained and misapplied funds with interest, delivery up of records and costs.
