The trial judge's questioning was clarificatory not prejudicial; the judge was entitled to prefer the prosecution witnesses whose evidence was coherent with medical evidence; absent irrationality or impossibility the appellate court will not overturn credibility findings, and on the evidence the prosecution proved assault beyond reasonable doubt.
