Extension of time was refused and the appeal dismissed because the applicant's explanations for delay were not accepted and the grounds of appeal against sentences on Counts 2 and 4 were without merit; the sentencing judge applied correct starting points, identified and applied appropriate aggravating factors (international element and recognizance status), properly applied guilty plea reduction and totality, and there was no basis to disturb the 12‑year cumulative sentence.
