Exhibit P1 was unreliable and contradicted by aerial photos and the joint surveyor; plaintiff proved exclusive possession only of Lots 768 and 771 but a representation at a meeting (corroborated) that he did not claim adverse possession and his discussion/acceptance in principle of a lease precluded extinguishment of defendants' title; plaintiff failed to prove exclusive possession or requisite intention in relation to the other disputed areas, therefore claim dismissed against all defendants.
