Section 14AB of the High Court Ordinance precludes any appeal from a Court of Appeal decision on whether leave to appeal to it should be granted; therefore the applicant had no right to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal and his Notice of Motion for leave to appeal was properly dismissed.
