The Magistrate was entitled to exclude the record of interview as involuntary and to make credibility findings after hearing all evidence; those credibility findings supported the conviction which was therefore not unsafe, and the custodial sentence was appropriate, but the imposition of a $10,000 fine was unjustified on the facts and is quashed.
