The Court dismissed the application for leave to appeal and upheld the sentence: the facts demonstrated planning, multiple counterfeit cards, international syndicate involvement and the applicant's essential role presenting cards; a starting point of 4 years was appropriate and a one-third reduction for the guilty plea produced the concurrent sentences of 32 months which are not excessive.
