The Impugned Document dated 9 November 2023 was forged, false and filed without the Company's authority; because mere rectification was insufficient and the false entry risked material damage and confusion, the court must declare the document null and of no legal effect, order its removal (and/or refusal of registration for the pending AR), permit the plaintiff to rectify the Companies Registry record, require delivery of the order to the Registrar under s42(8), and award costs against the responsible absent defendants.
