The appeal was dismissed because PW1's identification was found reliable on the evidence (detailed contemporaneous observation, proximity, descriptive detail and corroborating admissions by the appellant), and the proposed fresh Google Maps images would not have changed the outcome and were properly excluded under s.83V CPO.
