The debtor failed to establish that the petitioning creditor's refusals were unreasonable because, in light of the debtor's past non-contact, inconsistent and unreliable offers, material omissions and inaccuracies in disclosure, long repayment periods with significant risk of default and competing creditor risks, a reasonable creditor in the petitioning creditor's position could properly refuse the offers; accordingly a bankruptcy order was made with costs to the petitioner.
