- Court
- Court of First Instance
- Case number
- HCA63/1946
On the facts the Court was satisfied plaintiff transferred all his interests in the saloon to Jimmy May shortly after purchase and the subsequent transfers culminating in defendant's acquisition were in the ordinary course and in good faith; estoppel was not made out and plaintiff's evidence and conduct did not support his ownership claim, therefore judgment is for defendant.
