- Court
- Court of Appeal
- Case number
- CACC393/2004
The court held that the sentencing judge's starting points and overall sentences were not excessive: D1's offences committed while on bail warranted reflection in the sentence and consecutive service, so her application for leave was dismissed; D2's starting points and overall sentence were appropriate given possession of forged cards, recent similar conviction and the circumstances, so although leave was granted her appeal was dismissed.
