TDW remained on record and under a continuing joint retainer with the Plaintiff across the four identified periods; there was no implied termination on the facts; accordingly under s65 LPO the Plaintiff is entitled to copies of documents in TDW’s possession relating to services provided to the Plaintiff and to inspect the originals, and TDW must deliver them within the prescribed time with costs of compliance and costs of the originating summons addressed as ordered.
