The court antedated the costs order for the successful strike-out application to 28 April 2015 because costs had been incurred by that date and the incipitur rule justified interest running from dismissal; interest was ordered at prime plus 1% from 28 April 2015 to 28 February 2018 and at judgment rates thereafter. The court refused to vary the appeal costs order or adopt an issue-based reduction for the appellant's liability. Costs of the summons were ordered each party to bear their own costs.
