The court refused to grant injunctive relief because BVL failed to show it would suffer irreparable harm or that the balance of convenience favoured an injunction; the court gave little weight to BVL's asserted poll results from the alleged continued AGM, found no basis to enjoin members from voting at the duly notified Adjourned AGM in the absence of a challenge to notice or clear prejudice, and accordingly dismissed the application for interlocutory injunctions.
