The court exercised its case management discretion and found only the original master tape warranted a joint pre-trial viewing; other discovery requests and subpoenas were unnecessary at this stage and expert evidence cannot be permitted absent the requisite expert report and court application, therefore the appeal is dismissed except as to item 1 allowing a pre-trial viewing of the master tape.
