On a broad brush assessment the Wife, having no right to work and no income, required short term provision until FDR/trial; the Husband had monthly income of HK$60,309 and substantial liquid assets and therefore was ordered to pay interim periodical payments of HK$15,000 per month and to continue to pay rental and outgoing expenses of the former matrimonial home; costs reserved.
