Clause 2 of the Agreement, properly construed against the grantor and in light of historical vehicular use, grants vehicular access as far as the Yellow Road permits and includes an implied ancillary right to park for residents of the Grotto at the end of the vehicular section, subject to three qualifications: (a) parking limited to residents of the Grotto; (b) no parking on any part of the Yellow Road that forms the EVA for the Hall of 500 Arhats; and (c) vehicles must not be parked so as to obstruct the road.
