Concubinage can be established without a ceremony if there was a common intention to form a permanent union and the relationship was accepted by the lawful wife and recognized by the family; however domicile at the time of the union must be proved to establish legal capacity under domiciliary law — on the evidence the court was satisfied of intention and acceptance but directed proof of domicile and thus discharged requisition no.6 subject to filing a supplemental affirmation within 28 days.
