The magistrate’s findings that the complainant was a credible witness, that the described forceful upward touch could not reasonably be accidental, and that the appellant was not demonstrably drunk to the point of lacking intent were not shown to be unreasonable or biased; accordingly the conviction for indecent assault was supported beyond reasonable doubt and the appeal fails.
