The court will exercise its jurisdiction to revisit its unperfected judgment because a plain error was identified: the judgment overlooked the Joint Expert's Supplemental Report which revised down the valuations for the granite works; accordingly the judgment figures are amended to reflect the revised valuations to avoid unnecessary appeal and expense, and no order as to costs is made for the application.
